John Holland was awarded the contracts for construction of a 70km 275 kilovolt transmission line between Columboola and Wandoan South Substations as well as the 5.5km 132kV transmission line between Wandoan South and Woleebee Creek substations by Powerlink. The project was vital to ensure continued reliability of electricity supply and increase capacity to meet growing electricity demand in South West Queensland.
