Contracted by the Worley Parsons managed Construction 45 joint venture to implement Track’em and provide associated onsite materials management services, as well as IT support for the construction of Fortescue Metals Group’s Cloudbreak mine situated in the Pilbara region of Western Australia.
Construction 45 required a custom materials management solution to reduce man hours and costs associated with locating materials throughout the entire construction lifecycle, and to improve coordination of the numerous subcontractors involved in the project.
Trackem satisfied these requirements with a custom Track’em solution; including onsite implementation and IT support services linking onsite subcontractors with those in Perth.
