Contracted by RCR to implement materials, time and stores tracking for the construction of Fortescue Metals Group’s Solomon Hub project including both the Kingsvalley and Firetail deposits located in the remote Pilbara tenement area in Western Australia.
RCR required a complete resource planning solution to simplify many of its processes on the vast project. Track’em was employed to track and manage thousands of items, to streamline time and attendance and to manage stores and warehouses.
