Kashif Saleem Nominated for Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year. Trackem Pty Ltd is proud to announce that it’s Founder and CEO Kashif Saleem has been chosen as a nominee for the Western Region in the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Program.

Considered one of the world’s most prestigious awards, the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards is held in over 145 cities across 60 countries.

As the first and only truly global award of its kind, Entrepreneur of the Year celebrates those who are building and leading successful, growing and dynamic businesses, recognising them through regional, national and global awards programs.

Launched in Australia in 2001, the program has recognised over 1,200 Australian entrepreneurs for their vision and achievement. Globally, the program has acknowledged around 50,000 entrepreneurs over the past 26 years.

Designed to inspire and guide entrepreneurs and innovators on their growth journey, the field for the Australian EY Entrepreneur of the Year is down to 84 people from across Australia and from industry sectors including fashion, technology, childcare, food and beverage, solar energy, engineering, waste management and cosmetics.

This group of nominees will compete with their state counterparts in five regional award events. Winners and award recipients from each region will progress to the national awards ceremony in November, where national category winners and an overall 2014 Australian Entrepreneur of the Year will be announced. The overall national winner will represent Australia at the 2015 EY World Entrepreneur of the Year award in Monte Carlo.
